Meet at NB Youth Project (Hope Rooms) at 1:45 ready to start at 2pm.

What to Expect:

· Discussion on open water swimming, over coming fear, gaining confidence, goal setting

· Open Water Safety

· Acclimatisation to open water & tips for safe swimming

· Swimming

Kit List:

Wetsuit (we have a limited supply so please let us know if you need one before.)

Swimsuit

Goggles

Swim Cap (not essential)

Swim Gloves/Boots (not essential)

Towel

Warm clothes for afterwards (including socks and hat)

To participate in this you should be able to swim – either breast stroke or freestyle/crawl.

Please make the swim leaders aware of any illness, medical conditions or injuries ahead of your session.
